Our banquet goal for 2024 is to reach, educate, and inspire 300 new donors to support the growing ministry budget. Your underwriting dollars will help raise $150,000.

2024 Banquet Underwriters

Your donations to cover the cost of our banquet will help our donors know that every cent of their donations will go directly towards supporting our ministry and the clients we serve.

$8,000.00 – Main Course:

$1,500.00 – Dessert and Coffee:

$2,500.00 – Venue: Healthy Paws

$1,500.00 – Appetizers: WPC

$1,000.00 – Publishing Equipment Rental: WPC
Stage, pipe, drape, sound equipment, tablecloths.

$1,000.00 – Save The Date Cards, Invitations, & Postage: Knights of Pythias

$250.00 – Table Host Training: ABC Auto Parts

Why Be an Underwriter

Fundraising events have many expenses. For Mercy Manor to be the best stewards of our donor dollars, we seek interested parties that are passionate about our mission to pay those expenses. In short, underwriters are the heroes that help us reach new donors to sustain the growing budget while ensuring every cent raised during the event and throughout the year, goes to fulfilling our mission.

As an underwriter, you will receive the same tax deduction benefits.

Underwriter Sponsorship Package

By becoming an Underwriter for the event, your company name and logo will be:

  • On all mailouts that have reference to the banquet such as Newsletters, Save the Date Cards, Invitations, etc.

  • On our social media platform and on our website.

  • Scrolling throughout the evening on our Power Point Presentation.

  • Printed in the Event Programs stating the specifics of your donation.

For Example:

  • “Appetizers sponsored by [Your company name and logo]”

  • “Main Course sponsored by [Your Company Name and Logo]”

  • “Venue sponsored by [Your Company Name and Logo]”
